There are no prescribed burns in California. The state government passed laws years ago to prevent forest management. Newsome wants to blame the fires on global warming (just to be clear, I am not arguing that global warming is not real) and not poor management of the resources.

Because Dish doesn't have Fox Sports networks, I often have to watch the visiting team's feed on Extra Innings. It was worth it tonight. Having to listen to the two douche bag announcers for the Nats talk crap all night long until the bottom of the ninth. The shut up pretty quickly.
