Well Hell, even I know that this isn't happening. But, it is just as likely to happen as some of the other trade nonsense you see here and on every other fan site. Braves wlth on meaningful position prospects to trade and the injured pitchers just don't look like a source for improvement.

But, but........... The contract is exactly what makes him so attractive to lots of teams in the market. Those teams needing a dollar bargain are exactly the teams that would give up the most for an immediate fix.

Why all the doubts about Ozzie after 6 seasons of total admiration. I still think he is the most viable trade chip and I also think he would get a moderate upgrade to some of the holes.

does any fan site poster really know what/who said during the negotiations with FF? IMO FF's commitment to family, remember Charlie is getting ready for school for a much longer period of time than the LA or Atlanta contract. The Orange County mansion, aging parents and Charlie convince me...

Might as well go ahead and commit suicide. As I see it we only have 3 viable trade chips and 2 of them wont insure anything. The only part that I see that would get viable rotation help (not rentals) is Ozzie. Ozzie by virtue of his contract and production would possibly fill every void left...

TDA is a rising FA IIRC. Leadership was a quality asset of FF's and Dansby but they are now gone. Whatever a trade for TDA would return is not the biggest issue. It would free up money and roster space. Dont forget the CBA tax issue. Every blogger on earth is ranting about a Giolito trade...

If Ozuna continues to improve could that make TDA a trade chip? Not my best idea but Braves do need to address the rotation quickly.

Cant go another 60 games without doing something about the rotation.
