If a woman has 3 years less experience, do they just pay them the same anyway?

Because, we all know there is no such thing as a pay gap as has proven over and over and over again.

So I guess they will just.mandate businesses pay every employee the same?

LOL @ “He pulled them down.” Yet he hired (and presumably didn’t fire) the responsible party, who, as in the case of the newsletters, figured that his constituency was on board with the sentiment.

You’re misunderstanding what I’m saying, I think. I’m not saying that Ron Paul is a racist, per se, but that he is obviously associated with racists and caters to an audience that tolerates or encourages it. This is the same thing that’s suggested about Tlaib, right? The difference in your attitude between the two is stark. You’ll bend over backwards to make excuses for one, but something tells me you wouldn’t accept the same for the other.

I mean, you’ve got a track record stretching back years of suggesting that you can only be accused of racism if you personally say racist stuff. Associations don’t count, dog whistles don’t count, degrees of separation are irrelevant. Are you willing to extend that umbrella beyond your little corner of the ideological world?

Wow, this paycheck fairness act. Its clearly written by someone who knows this gender gap is bullcrap. Why do women need programs to teach them to negotiate if thats not the reason they make less? The exceptions allowed for paying an employee less than another are 99% of the reasons women make less. Whats the excuse going to be if they pass this and it doesnt fix the problem?
