Critical race theory is taught at advanced levels of education,
like in law school where parents really aren’t paying much attention to
what their “children” are learning.
This is race baiting politics at its worst.

But they should be learning it, right? I thought you just posted in another thread that CRT is just another term for “actual American history.” I guess today it’s back to being a boogeyman, then tomorrow it’s back to being essential, rinse, repeat…

I’m against politicians banning what teachers are allowed to teach... I think I’ve been pretty consistent that that’s a losing tactic and the best move is to aggressively expand school choice.

So removing CRT from the classroom is part of an agenda to enslave black people?
If any state wants to pass a law banning actual, honest-to-goodness CRT in schools, I won’t protest that. However, CRT is being mislabeled, and the laws aren’t banning CRT, they’re far more general.
If you label it math, can we ban math in schools?
Edited to add: the left mislabels it too.
