Maybe a nickel, but they won't spend a high pick on one. Trufant is one of the top corners in his young career already despite having a terrible pass rush (won PFF's defensive ROY with a terrible pass rush) and Alford is a good 2.
What I worry about them doing something dumb it taking Shelton. Shelton is a very good player. But they dont' need a NT. Period. THey may stretch for Dupree, they may take Scherff which owuld be dumb but at least excusable.
I think most likely with Gregory already having 1 positive test Falcons avoid him. Assume the other 3 are off the board. I'm pretty sure the Falcons take the best offer to trade back to a respectable pick. Lets say Cleveland really wants White or Cooper, they give us a 3 and something to move up to get him (can't see them falling to Cleveland) Then they Falcons can grab Dupree or Gregory with a high 3rd round pick to be used on another need. Still would rather have Ray or Beasley (I assume Fowler we have no shot at) but if they're not there, moving back is ideal and I think teams will be knocking on the door as the rush on pass rushers will leave other top players on the board. Could mean leaving one of the QBs there, could mean Scherff is there, could mean one or both of WR is there, and many more options.
Checked CBS's big board, it's baffling to me they have Ray at 15. But if that happens, good for us. We're getting an improvement at pass rush.
