It's crazy. We haven't even traded for or traded away a middle reliver or bench player. I feel like there will be a flurry of moves once the damn breaks.

It's becoming more and more like the stock market, which I guess makes sense due to the ivy league presence in front offices.

It’s so weird but I defintiely agree! Once Bryce and Machado make their choices, I think it’ll be off to the races.

I think its far more likely AA is waiting to pick through the scraps after Harper/Machado signs.

For example, if Harper signs with the Nats, Eaton may become available.

Getting Gray would make it more likely we also trade one or more of our younger pitchers for an outfielder.

I certainly don't expect it, but Kimbrell has to go somewhere and he's running out of suitors. If he's willing to go the JD route and take a 1 year deal, I think we'd likely have a lot of interest if we can move some money around.
