2019 Trade Deadline Thread:

There isn’t a player available that would be worth giving up Pache to acquire. It better just be a day off.

I really trust AA and his decision making, but I can't help but to be a little nervous about this deadline. I really hope that we don't end up overpaying by sending a 60 FV outfielder for pitching.

deGrom is probably the only person on the Mets roster that I’m comfortable trading Pache in a package for.

If deGrom became available there's not a guy in our minors who would be untouchable if I'm the GM. deGrom is the kind of guy you back the truck up for.

No idea who this is but saw it on twitter.

Unless there’s a trade, we should anticipate Cristian Pache being promoted to Triple-A Gwinnett shortly after the trade deadline.

So Riley or Duvall gets traded (or maybe even Ender) and Pache moves up.

“the Mets are seeking an MLB-ready starter who can step right into the rotation in place of Syndergaard, then some additional high-end prospects after that. The pitcher in question needn’t technically be the headliner in the deal, but presumably the Mets are eyeing a controllable (pre-arbitration) starter as well as premier minor leaguers beyond that point.”

It seems like the Braves match up almost perfectly.

Teheran, Wright, Wilson and an Acuna bobblehead.

Is that from MLB.com or Sherman, or elsewhere, but it does if true.
