senate races they polled don't look so hot for the GOP either

Fox' polling operation gets an A-. Not bad for a schlock operation.

Looks like people are looking at Kenosha and Portland and asking themselves the right questions. Which one of very poorly chosen one or credibly accused creepy joe can make a positive difference? And which one will try to pour gasoline on the situation? Seems like an open and shut case to me.

Maybe people remember very poorly chosen one saying four years ago that he was the one who would restore law and order. Maybe they remember that. And when they hear it again some of them may think he's an empty suit.

haven't gone over the video? one guy sprays pepper spray at the other...and the other guns him down...not self defense in my book...but if their political beliefs were reversed i bet you and thethe dos would be making the case

There are factual differences but we are in trouble as a society if a jury rules in either case that the sum of the actions taken by the gunman is justified on grounds of self-defense
