2022 Elections

I’d just hate it if this goblin’s party fails to carry his state.

how did Rand Paul win by '25% ish while the state voted down an abortion ban ?

Seems to me that access to abortion has fairly broad support nationally, but isn’t a top priority for those voters. Abortion access measures everywhere seem to be outpacing support for the candidates that are Pro-Choice, and I think it’s the yes/no aspect of it. A vote for abortion rights doesn’t mean you support other liberal measures.

Well over a million mostly elderly Americans have suffered premature deaths the past three years. They have been disproportionately Republican. It has never struck me as being an especially astute political strategy to actively work to accelerate deaths among your most loyal voters.

deza kills

moreover, deza has disproportionately killed Republicans

moreover, the excess Republican deaths are disproportionately among those occupying a certain news ecosystem

those of you who have peddled the deza should take a look at your hands...the blood might not have completely washed away

just an electoral peculiarity.
As was to me DeSantis winning in 2018 while $15 minimum wage won as well

The man with 5 boosters in his arm still believes masks and lockdowns are the way forward.

You can't teach someone this stupid. There is no hope of self reflection.

A good predictor of what we saw unfold in NY yesterday:

https://www.nysfocus.com/2022/11/02/brooklyn-democratic-party-election-phonebank-campaign-spending/

New York seems to be the needed secondary focus for Dems before ‘24. It’s unlikely they lose any state-wide elections, but getting back in touch with areas of the state that aren’t NYC should be a focus.

Zeldin did well and propelled a few congressional candidates to victory.

I wonder if Zeldin actually would have won if not for all the reasonable people who fled the state since 2020 stayed behind

Indeed. The COVID bull **** really did enable the Dem machine to run up votes for every election going forward

Yup - Desantis margin artificially enhanced (won't extrapolate like people think) and we could have won NY.

****ing sucks

Are you claiming that these are fraudulent votes, or that making voting easier helped Democrats?

And its not in the spirit of actual voting.

We have absolutely no clue what is being 'discussed' with the voter because of all the money that flows through elections.

Votes are being purchased all over urban areas.

Do you know what is being discussed with the voter when their vote is being provided and filled out and then collected?

It completely ruins what voting is supposed to represent.

But now the GOP just has to play by the same rules.

Its disgusting and against the spirit of voting in a Republic but whatever I guess. Bastardize the process like the left bastardizes culture.
