Sounds like Murphy does, too.

The velocity scares me with Murphy. He sits low 90s and there's not much to make you think it's going to jump. Ritchie's fastball is a tic or two faster as is and he has more projection.

It's so hard to be an above average MLB starter these days sitting in the low 90s.

You're literally just assuming he has more projection because he's a couple inches taller. It's just as possible Murphy gets up to consistent mid-90s heat as it is that Ritchie gets up to the high-90s consistently—and it sounds like the latter is going to need that more, given his other FB characteristics.

Personally, I'm more excited by the reports about Murphy's spin-rates / efficiency than Ritchie's mediocre spin-rates, especially given Murphy's excellent command on top of that.
