2024 Field

Does Florida remain at the bottom (most)of hospitalized Covid patients ?

Which progressive ****hole states did a better job than Florida?

Of course I’m not expecting an actual response for you.

Desantis is really going to terrorize these idiot progressives for the next ten years.

We are baseball people right?

Apparently DeSantis is pulling up the rear
You are what your numbers say you are.

Was a long time Floridian until recently. His reelection as Governor isn't a certainty

I see we are at the stage where we shift towards hospitalizations.

I suppose that’s what happens when you lose talking about deaths and the actual lives that are being led by each states citizens.

Not serious people. We need to get them out of power ASAP.

i love the same people that talk about indoctrination and all that ****

push for "real patriot learning" etc

lol

I want to agree, but leaving it up to lifelong education industry bureaucrats isn't working. It shouldn't take a governor to make schools teach Civics, because the idiotic idea of not teaching Civics should never make it that far.

At some point the good guys in the ideological fight have to either fight back or surrender. These ... people... manage to cram gender identity lessons into elementary schools but there's no time for Civics? O'Sullivan's Law.

I agree. Standing on principle isn't working bc the other side is a bunch of psychopaths.

Time to fight back, or lose

We have been saying this for a few years now. The gloves need to come off. We are in a fight for the survival of the nation.

My preference would be to have a 100% school choice/voucher system with a major expansion of charter schools and give parents more agency in the education their kids get.

I agree with your concern, I’m just not sure this mechanism is going to have the desired results.

I like Cotton as a problem solver. He's still my preference for 47, I just don't think he has the it factor and the ability to connect with the everyman that DeSantis has.

I know these kinds of revelations will not help Pence with the base. But it reinforces my view that he is a decent guy who tried to make the best of an impossible situation.

You're impressed with anyone who merely criticizes the orange man.

Meanwhile... with regards to covid and many other major issues, the constant criticism resulted in suppression of things that would have made a real life difference in people lives.

Will you ever self-reflect? No. Just on to the next lecture where you will be wrong again, because your entire source of information is from Maggie Haberman and her joke of a paper

There is much to criticize. What some may refer to as a target rich environment.

And Pence and Cohn are right about the substance of this particular matter.

Just as Bolton was right to criticize very poorly chosen one for encouraging Xi to continue his repressive policies regarding the Uighurs and people of Hong Kong.

These kinds of things ought to shock all people of conscience.

They did happen.

I love that you only address one part of the post.

With everything you have been laughably wrong about, you simply plug your ears and keep screaming OMB

It was adorable at first but now its just pathetic. Old and naive is a tragic combo

I've been a big Pence fan going back to his time in the House and especially as governor. It's an unfortunate fact that he wouldn't have won as the nominee.

The data on the bigger more densely populated suburban counties in a number of swing states suggests that a generic Republican might have won in 2020. That's the general election. The primary is a different proposition.

It is not a minor detail. Even Republicans like Bolton, Pence and Cohn found some certain things about very poorly chosen one beyond the pale. Including his comments about Charlottesville and the Uighurs.
