No. YOU are the one saying Trump is primarily responsible for its overturn. That's only true in the sense that he was president when 3 justices left the court.
Running on "overturning roe" is stupid, because it's not something a president has the authority to do. Only the court could have. It's not like Trump fired 3 justices to replace them with more constituonal judges.
Other candidates have indeed ran on making laws through the legislature to outlaw abortion. Rand Paul for example is one of them from 2016

Running a campaign promise to "overturn roe" is nonsensical and also not surprising that Trump pushed it. If you have evidence that he did anything during his presidency to end roe, please show me. Similarly, I won't give him credit for building the wall and wiping out our debt because "he ran on it"
Otherwise, we can look at the recent evidence of him blasting any state that has actually moved to stop abortions.
