Rasmussen was literally one of the top 5 most accurate pollsters.
The MOE accounts for the sample size and the difference in a properly taken sample 200-400-600-1000 is not as much as you think.
When I say drop out I mean he will drop out before all the state primary elections are over. The GOP establishment needs another conduit that isn't sinking daily.

Don't think so. The U.S. government does not require Americans to relinquish any other citizenship they hold. There is no reason to collect such data. Some other countries do.
