So why wouldn't he be frustrated that local jursidictions have any mask requirements if he was so against masks?
Maybe, despite RDS being a great GOV he couldn't unilaterally be a dictator and put all his preferred policies in place? Sounds like what happened to Trump too......

He was. And he admitted as much in many different press conferences and press releases prior to this one. But the topic here was the vaccine.
He supported a reward for vaccinated people - Not even sure how that is debateable as its clear not being required to wear a stupid mask in public is a reward.

There is not a world where *that* clip is evidence of "pushing masks"

WHy be specific to just vaccinated people? THe topic of the conference should not provide cover to tell the truth about mask wearing in general.
It was clear that he supported allowing vaccinated people to take off their mask while not also providing the same ferver for non-vacciunated people.

That was a clear support for mask wearing if you weren't vaccinated. Otherwise he would have said all mask wearing is stupid and all restrictions are pointless. BUt he didn't say that - He SPECIFICIALLY stated that is was frustrated vaccinated people were still required to wear masks.
I also find it interesting that segments of Florida where RDS had a majority control still had restrictions. Not really though since its a microcosm of what happened to Trump nationally...
