Nah. I think it’s smart people that realize that The undecideds and the people in the middle will vote for DeSantis, while it’s doubtful as many would vote for Trump.DeSantis appeals to a much wider audience

I prefer DeSantis by a long shot... but this is a political hit job and a precedent that we don't want to set.
The uni-party wants control again.
They want to be able to wage war without remorse and police the world.

Trump destroys any challengers in mostly every GOP poll. That should tell you something.
But while I would rather be in agreement with people like Sturg/Jaw/Tapate/Garmel on some issues I'm more than happy to be opposed to someone that supports and still supports meaningless foreign wars.

Oh I’m sure they will but Trump has also pissed off a lot of people that he needs to win with his rhetoric and his antics. DeSantis hasn’t.

There’s a saying that says ‘win it in the ring and don’t let the judges decide’ because we all know people can be persuaded to see things differently. Trump could had won it in the ring if he kept his mouth shut, but he didn’t. All he had to do was apologize, and STFU and he would had beaten Biden.
There was no beating Biden 'in the ring' when you have fake pipe bursts / coordinated vote count stops / rejection rates that were 10-20X lower than they should have been on mail ins / etc...
I'm not sure what else you need to see but whatever votes Trump would have gained by not 'pissing people off (boo-hoo wine moms)' Biden would have gained 2x in illegal ballots.

Let’s say for argument, that DeSantis beats trump for the nod and he wins the Presidency.
Do you not think that the democrats would use every trick in thier arsenal to keep that from happening?
No - They will just shift the reality machine against Desantis.
And soon we will hear about how suburban families are turned off by Desantis dangerous rhetoric.
