The problem you seem to be missing on this is as much as this was an incoherent dodge of the question, Trump would provide just as little actual information but rather than talk about what inflation does, he’d talk about an animal he once saw. “Inflation is *so* high… you know what else is high? Giraffes. Look at ‘em, I don’t trust them. Too tall, I always say about them.”

No he’d talk about energy and immigration which are two of the biggest drivers. That’s actual substance as opposed to the word salad that comes out of the inauthentic Harris

I understand that different goods fluctuate in price based on supply and demand. Energy is a fine example

But *inflation* is the result of deficit spending. Nothing more nothing less. It's why*everything* is higher priced today in terms of dollars, as opposed to cyclical goods

And magically I suppose with more energy production/friendly policies as well as reduced demand on housing everyday Americans would feel less of it.

Thats the whole point and why Trump is more substantive than anything Harris would attempt while hammered.

Cheaper energy prices and housing prices would mean more money in the pocket to buy other goods like food and entertainment, the excess money would drive higher inflation there as a result

The cause of inflation is deficit spending. Neither candidate understands this

Inflation of discretionary spend versus needed spend is an entirely different environment. One that would be welcomed versus the ****show people are living through now.

Today everything is higher because the money supply has been inflated. The money supply has been inflated due to deficit spending.

Because inflation in discretionary/luxury goods is fine. The people that have the ability to spend in these markets carry the risk of inflation through asset ownership.

Again - it’s a different environment that Americans would welcome.
 
Real inflation would be much less for majority of Americans with trumps policies. There isn’t anything to argue against this.
