If the US government cut $1T in spending.
We would stop adding interest to our debt.
We would gain confidence with our creditors
We would stop adding to inflation
We would eliminate 20% of useless government, which gets in the way of innovation.
Can you let Javier Milei know he should stop his spending cuts as they make no difference?

Education is mainly a local responsibility in this country. The federal government plays a smaller but still important role. We can get rid of the Department of Education and nothing will change. The federal government role will continue but will be performed from within another agency. One candidate may have dementia. The other three are playing a shell game. I guess some of y'all have a weakness for shell games of this sort. Libertarians seem especially fond of this game. I'm disappointed that they seem to put the performative over the substantial. If they had the courage of their convictions they would advocate for an end to the federal government's role in education. Our educational results are not good enough. Turn education over to the private sector. That's what I would expect from an actual for real Libertarian. Not shell games.

I’m not rejecting your premise here, but it’s worth noting that comparing the party’s nominee to a bunch of people not running for President is at best an inexact science.
Agreed - They are getting the benefit of not having to show how awful they are (Harris/Mayor Pete/etc...) People like Berne/HRC/Gore have os much name recongition that the figures above are pretty much in line iwth their country level support. The others would most likely have even worse numbers once voters became more familiar with them.
I'm actually shocked at how stupid the Democrat party is (well I guess I'm not) for demanding Biden step down. They are writing their own death sentence because anyone else and you're looking at a +60-80 seat majority in the House and +6-8 in Senate without him on the ticket. Might get that in the Senate either way though.

Anyone with reasonable math skills could tell you that 2020 was stolen. And its been happening for even longer. The left was just fortunate that Repubicans run unpopular toast candidates so they never needed to steal at the level they needed to stop Trump in 2020.
