Well almost all online desantis supporters and some on this site have already said they wouldn’t vote for trump so kind of the same thjng.

This isnt an either or situation. We dont have to let cops be racist and abuse peoples civil rights to stop crime. We need to prioritize crimes with a victim and stop wasting so much time enforcing morality regulations and beating people up because they dont "respect muh authori-tay". People that rob, rape, beat up, and murder people need to go away for a LONG time. People that do it multiple times need to go to prison until they need a mobile scooter to get around. And I dont mean do it, go to prison, and get out and do it again, I mean people who go on a crime spree and victimize multiple people. You do something bad once I can buy that as a mistake, still need to go away for a long time, but I can accept it as a one time mistake. Someone who commits 10 armed robberies wasnt a mistake. We need to bring back hangings for those people imo.

We need to use statistics to inform our police who to target.

Sorry - that’s the deal and the only way to stop crime. It has to be strictly data centric. Not bull**** metrics by the doj saying white supremacy is #1 threat.

There’s almost nothing I find more insufferable than a protest that blocks traffic. Has this tactic ever worked to change someone’s mind, because if anything, it has the opposite effect on me. If I’m trying to cross a bridge in NYC and the Cato Institute has it shut down to rally support for a Justin Amash presidential run, I’m casting a spite vote for Cornel West.

Now that Trump is again threatening ACA repeal, let's recall that thanks to the law,

the uninsured rate plummeted among blacks and Latinos.

We keep hearing Trump is making gains with nonwhite working people.
