Is that the track workout where you funnell up and down the distances as in do a 100 yard, followed by a 220, followed by a 440, followed by an 880, followed by a 440, followed by a 220, followed by a 100? I was a quarter-miler (also ran the half a few times) and our track coach made us do that workout at least once a week. Sprinters and long distance guys were exempted.Is there ever a second run?
