Ryan is actually ok. MRI came back clean. He may not miss a start.Tigers should tank without Mize and Skubal. Twins should tank harder without Ryan. Astros look screwed without Correa. Giants are a hot mess. Mets are a dumpster fire. And Angels are still bad. That's the likely sellers so far. They collectively don't have a lot to sell. Peralta and Robbie Ray may be the best starters available. I dont see the Mets helping us so that limits our options there. Byron Buxton imo is going to be the real prize. 30 HR power and elite defense. Very team friendly contract for 2.5 years.
Yeah if the offer is good enough, i think you'd trade anyone even if they're inside your division. It's not common but it happens.Ryan is actually ok. MRI came back clean. He may not miss a start.
Mets will probably sell Peralta to anyone. He's a half season rental. I don't think they would have an issue selling him to us.
Alcantrara will likely be available. deGrom might be available. Sonny Gray might be available.
That's potentially 4 front end starters available.
I'd be happy with any of those options, honestly. Joe Ryan or Peralta seem like AA moves, imo. deGrom is owed a lot and we've not gotten Sonny and had many chances, so it's pretty clear they're not high on him.Ryan is actually ok. MRI came back clean. He may not miss a start.

Least surprising news ever. Dude has been in the league 11 years and has never thrown more than 134 innings.I think it’s a back issue
Dude looks like a giant. He just doesn't look natural out there.Least surprising news ever. Dude has been in the league 11 years and has never thrown more than 134 innings.
It's always doing something simple too. This is most relatable thing that has ever happened to a professional athlete. I feel seen.
