4/1 GDT - braves vs the white Sox (and the weather)

I saw where Arcia really cut down on swinging at balls out of the zone last year… maybe he’s made some meaningful progress and isn’t done growing.
 
There will probably be a delay but the storms are moving fast and are not large. Any delay should be brief. Not gonna be a game done in the 5th today.

The K rate doesn't bother me as much as the fact he hasn't hit a single ball in the air yet other than a single pop up. Everything is on the ground, which is not what a guy with Grade 75 power should be doing.
 
Acuña scuffled at the start of last season getting loft. I can’t be concerned anywhere near this point.
 
Man if Michael Harris keeps up working the count like he has been to start the year, he’s gonna be a problem.
 
Charlie looking good today.

Granted it’s the White Sox and the ball is heavier than a bowling ball in this cold weather and wind. Nonetheless, encouraging to see we might get one last vintage Charlie season.
 
Charlie is cruising now.

Also, if not for the wind, Atlanta would have four or more homers at this point. lol
