If Phillips could field a routine grounder none of this **** ever happens. It looks like he has quit trying

I blame Johnson above all and secondly the piss poor managing to not see the guy did not have it.

As far as Kemp goes, the guy can't even get halfway down the line on a ball that was not hard hit. He needs to sit a while.

You can see it. I can see it. Seems like snit would see it. Hard to blame a guy for not being able to run. Put him on the DL and hope he's better when healthy.

Winkler not looking great so far. Cabrera has been abysmal. I want to see minter for sure though
 
I feel just as uneasy with Viz or Ramirez closing as I do with Johnson.

Ramirez has issues walking people, and Viz occasionally gets too homerun happy.
 
If you're going to use him, use him with a purpose. Don't sit on your ass and wait until JJ has already blown the game. And if you're concerned about him working too many games in a row, why bother bringing him anyway and warming him up twice just for four pitches?
 
MLB teams were a combined 709-7 when leading by 3-plus runs entering the 9th. Make it 709-8. The Nats rallied for three in the 9th against the Braves to tie it, then won it in the 10th on a Daniel Murphy walkoff single.

I don't think Johnson, Ramirez or Freeman will be available to pitch tomorrow. Maybe Ramirez. But if we have some high leverage innings, my guess it goes to Motte, Kohl and maybe Brothers.
