It depends on what his state of mind is. Chipper seems to drunk tweet a lot.

Reds pitcher is at 80 pitches and he's not even through the third inning. That doesn't happen very often.

Good so put him in a platoon or coming off the bench where he actually has value. None of that erases how bad he's been as a full time starter and he's been bad. He's one of the worst hitting 3B's in baseball and couple that with his baserunning and defense and you can honestly say he's the worst starting 3B in the majors.

And even their minor league careers are night and day. One can clearly hit and get on base(which is what this team needs) and the other is kind of lucky to have had a career year in AAA which has overshadowed a very mediocre(putting it kindly) career.

I think Gosselin can be a good bench player and he should play. But I think TLS earned his spot and Fredi just took it from him when he didn't do anything to lose it. ALso he keeps trotting out BJ.

The Nats have won the division. I know it's too early to quite call that, but they have. This streak they're on is pretty lucky to be honest, but we've had many like it, it happens. They're just playing good ball. Now, we've got to stop screwing around and win. We'd been good the last week but games like last night can't happen. BJ and justin both need to get crap for that from Fredi.

Divisions been over for awhile.

Nats are too good and we have too many long losing streaks.

Melvin provides a certain amount of grit maturity leadership and clutchness that Stella doesn't.

He probably is a good bench player but his playing time shouldn't come at the expense of someone that was doing well. You mention BJ but CJ could definitely use some days off against RHP too.
