Around Baseball 2015 Edition

I loved the White Bear, but he wasn't a fit here and needed to trade him this last offseason to get max value.

Loved watching him hit bombs. Unfortunately the way our roster was constructed, he wasn't good enough to be an everyday catcher defensively or be an adequate left fielder. Plus he just wouldn't be able to hold up and entire season catching or in the outfield with his back and knee concerns going forward.

His best value is to an AL team where he can DH most of the time and fill in here and there.

As far as hate, well that's saved for guys like Fredi Gonzalez, Melvin Upton, Melky Cabrera, Shane Reynolds, Andy Ashby, & Dan Kolb.

No one, it was just people like thethe who was claiming he was going to be an elite hitter/power hitter or whatever it was. Then there were people who were like......yeah, no.....we should probably trade him because he's a DH and this probably won't last.

Did I say that or did I say he would out WAR Upton's year this year in the time that Peterson was a Brave? If Freddi decides on playing Peterson he is going to do just fine for us.
