Around Baseball 2015 Edition

Phillies DFA Grady Sizemore. He looks about done, but was decent enough the second half of last season to get a $2MM commitment for this year.

Can play all three OF positions still. Just saying. I'd rather see him out there than Gomes.

But Gomes is teaching us how to win, while we lose

Your definition of play is weird.

I think it's funny that the Phillies had Grady Sizemore and Jeff Francouer.

This was a rebuild/retool year, why do you keep saying it.

Im gonna keep saying it, you're still bitter they traded away 22.

And if you wanted to go from scratch and not sign anyone, that doesnt happen.

They signed some of the players to flip them at the deadline which is what the Cubs have done the last 2-3 years since Theo got there.

LOL... again - you're about the only poster who talks about Hayward... We get it, you hate him. Just move on.

People in the offseason were going on and on about how all these veterans were going to "teach the young kids how to win"

Likewise, the Tigers don’t appear to have much hope of an extension with ace David Price, and Heyman says they “aren’t overwhelmingly confident” that he’ll be back. Detroit’s front office believes that Price will look to top Max Scherzer‘s contract. LOL i dont hate Heyward at all. They had to trade him if he wouldnt re-up.

Did you expect us to win 85-90 games with all the changes made last winter?

I dont get why keep saying that as if it holds any value.

One of the thibgs that Scott Brooks said when the Thunder were losing many years back was that they weren't losing but learning how to win.
