If that offensive player is a strikeout guy then he will have no chance against Harvey/Degrom/Syndergard/Matz/Wheeler. No chance at all.

Who do you go after then?

Justin is a strikeout guy, as is Cespedes, we need some bopper in the lineup with Olivera and Freeman.

I'd be interested in seeing what Alex Gordon is going to command on the FA market. Worry about the years since he is 32 but he is a guy that I've always liked.

I talk with some KC fans, lot of them think he'll command around 5/80 or so but i worry about his age too.

Really good player though.

I would rather we catch someone in their prime. Markakis, Olivera, and Asshole will be all the 30+ in the lineup we can handle next year.

- Dodgers-Giants should stay close.
- Whether the Twins can make the postseason.
- 8 teams right now in the AL WC separated by 4.5 games.
- Also whether the Cubs can get in.

If I was a baseball neutral, at the moment I could pull for the Mets, Fish, or Phillies along with the Braves.
