Maybe we should sign him when he is a free agent!

Randy Wolf is still pitching in the major leagues?
I really laugh at how some here think Melvin has somehow resurrected his career. Utter bum.

#RedSox announce that they have named former #Braves GM Frank Wren their new senior VP of baseball operations.
A lot of teams seem to like having a former GM on board. The Red Sox currently have Allard Baird, who preceded Dayton Moore as the GM at KC. Wren might be replacing him.
If the season ended now, here's the postseason matchups:
N.L. Wild Card Game: Cubs at Pirates
NLDS: Cubs or Pirates at Cardinals & Mets at Dodgers
A.L. Wild Card Game: Astros at Yankees
ALDS: Astros or Yankees at Royals & Rangers at Blue Jays
That AL Wild Card race is getting interesting. 4 teams all within 2 games in the loss column of the last spot. Should be interesting to see how it plays out. Astros have really faded.
Twins have messed up a few times in the last couple of weeks. Blew a 4-run lead last night (they lead the majors in blown leads of 4 runs or more). Angels have been playing well and I wouldn't be surprised if they took the last spot. Angels have Rangers the last four and if the Rangers have clinched by then, they might take their foot off the accelerator.
