Yikes. That's a different kind of scumbag.

When this story first broke last year, I really wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. Him being 18/19 and having relations with a 14 year old could may be chalked up to cultural differences in a much poorer country. But the more that comes out just paints the picture of a predator and a scumbag.

I could be completely wrong, but I think in this instance, the human trafficking charge likely stems from taking his underage girlfriend around with him on international trips and what not. He wasn't kidnapping and selling people on the black market. He's still a scumbag though, obviously.
 
Skenes to start the AS game. Great decision here to get one of the most exciting young players in baseball more national attention. Hopefully they go with Crochett for the AL.
 
that said, he is a better option than Rasorryio everyday of the week.. no natural split variance and at least has better D and speed. Not that he is good by any measure, but better than the hot garbage they are sending out each night. I like him better than Duvall personally.
