Around Baseball

Im saying its a bad move because it was a bad move. Nats season is done. If Nats have money, that can spend it in the offseason on a much better option than DeJesus. Yes, its a minor move and yet another reason why its a bad move. Whats the point of it? I see no point other than throwing away money. They gave up on Bernadina too quick and that has something to do with my opinion. Its also a move that if Wren made it, I would be questioning it the same way im questioning the Nats. Im not questioning the Nats for the heck of it. They are a rival team who were hyped up so much going into the season, so yes, its been fun seeing them choke under pressure, but I applaud them for a lot of moves they make, but this isnt one of them.

I have no idea what you are even talking about other than defending the Nats, once again, no matter what they do. Ive always given the Nats props when they deserve it, but this move IS questionable and im questioning it. Whats wrong with that??? Im sorry your Nats suck ass cheeks. Not my problem. I just call it like it is.

Roger Benadina will be 30 next year and has a career line of .210/.310/.360 and made 1.5 million dollars this year.

He's been pretty bad outside of his insane April (346 avg with a 964 OPS) and a good July (287 avg with a 770 OPS).

Take out those 2 months and hes hitting 236 with a 658 OPS.

It all counts though. Take out April and August and Upton has been just as bad.

Ok Bud. Im just not buying a lot of what you say. So once again, lets agree to disagree.

Id pass on Headley at this point.

Nats were leading 4-1 going into the ninth with Stras pitching a gem. They left him in for the ninth and the cubs scored 3 runs to tie it. WOW.
