How much regression is Herrera due, if any? His bb rate is minuscule, 0.70 (2.61 career). His LOB% is 98.9%. K rate is down from 8.49 last season to 7.71. BABIP is .246. FIP is outstanding, 2.62

A couple FV 40s in their early 20s and a 17 year old P for Herrera. By striking early they get him for 3+ months.
