Verlander just tweeted the report he's out for the season is not accurate. Hopes with some rest it will heal and he will return at some point this year.
What's the procedure? If you show symptoms, do you have to have 2 negatives just like if you tested positive?
I don’t understand why they played last night. They had the outbreak basically confirmed, yet still went out and played. So now I guarantee some of these 8 players played last night and probably infected some Phillies. So the Phillies will need to quarantine and maybe miss games as well. Why didn't MLB take a similar approach to the NBA and MLS, and put players in a bubble and play the games at spring training sights? Did they honestly expect this wouldn't happen?
