Around the League - 2021 Szn

Same knee. I wonder how long he's going to be able to stay in CF given his knee problems. He's been streaky with the bat, but I think the Mariners can live with that if he can play a passable CF.

I'm sure Kyle and the team hope he can return there, but not a big problem for the Mariners because Haniger and Kelenic are both good in CF. Kelenic is really good...assuming he one day hits more than .111.

Speaking of Twitter, there is a former Braves site owner who has had a meltdown concerning advanced analytics and is going above and beyond to protect a manager who definitely isn’t above criticism.

10 day suspensions for pitchers with subastances on found on them in MiLB.

Sorry msstate meant it was handed down to 4 pitchers in the minors.

Jake Lamb came into tonight with an .882 OPS for the White Sox and just hit his 4th homerun. He’s only played 19 games, but I just thought I’d mention it.

Meh. At least he didn’t turn into a complete beast after he left us like Gausman. Still can’t believe he’s been able to pitch at this high of a level after we got rid of him.

There’s been rumor of Gaus and the goo being the culprit

Braves being goody two-shoes as usual. I guess bending the rules is only acceptable on the international front.

Terrible story. Minor league pitcher for the Rays was struck by a line drive up the middle. Was seen convulsing on the field so the came was called...reports say he is in stable condition at the hospital and undergoing further testing...the player that hit the ball? Brett Cumberland

ESPN Sunday Night Baseball has picked up the June 20 matchup between the Cardinals and Braves. Game is slated to start just after 7 pm.

The Braves have a doubleheader the next day in New York starting at 5 PM. This seems like poor scheduling by ESPN when Oakland-NYY, CHW-HOU were available as well.
