Tough call. One is an outdated, almost anachronistic organization which has struggled to stay relevant amidst a rapidly-shifting electronic landscape, often alienating even its staunchest supporters with outrageous wait times. The other has some onerous pension responsibilities, but will still deliver a letter across the country for 46 cents.
