Declined to testify on instructions from the White House... he only wanted to testify if Trump wasn’t going to try to destroy him legally in other words... why he only wanted to do it if courts said it would be okay.
The whole point of the first article above said Trump had no legal authority to stop him. You're misunderstanding a few things. He didn't say he would testify if the court said it was okay. He said he would testify if the court would force him to. Here's the quote. "Hours after Bolton’s failure to appear for his morning deposition, the Washington Post reported that he would be willing to testify if a federal court backed Congress’ subpoena power to compel his testimony."
The democrats wouldn't be mad at Bolton if Trump was the one stopping him from testifying. They don't buy the whole "he was instructed by the White House not to testify". If he wanted to he could have. Bolton's staff did, why didn't he? Not hard to put two and two together. Bolton wanted to save everything for his book.

You believe Biden confessed to QPQ with Ukraine regarding his son in front of a public crowd and camera. Trump admin has already said that their legal view is that any President would view their reelection as the same as National Security so its not corrupt to take actions strictly for reelection purposes. We also heard this in the voicemail by Trumps lawyer saying if they had evidence of guilt regarding Trump it would be a national security issue. In some sense it is because it gives someone blackmail power over the President.

It's a vintage Republican move to attack the person rather than address the allegations. If its someone from the left they hate Trump. If jts someone from the right we cant trust them because we dont like him. It's always something. It's old. We see right through it.
