My favorite part so far is that Trump spends more time talking during intelligence briefings than the person giving the briefing.

I think Trump should absolutely be unsuccessful in blocking Bolton's book and I think he'll be unsuccessful. I'm wondering why he's even trying. The only effect he's having is drawing attention to the book and making it appear more likely to be true.

the idea is to run out the clock...which at this point serves no purpose since Team Bolton has provided the media with copies of the book...now it becomes a government jobs program for lawyers, which should make you happy
 
Its an easy court case imo. They didnt challenge it legally until a week before release. They could have sued the moment a book was announced.




I would also ask Trumps lawyers to specifically point out what covered by national security since that would be confirming those parts to be true

I will wish him good luck in stopping a book. The idea of banning a book is why we have Citizens United. It's something the courts see as inviolate.
