His arm is plenty strong enough for 3B; there are, however, questions about his arm accuracy from 3B, which is where those reports originate.

Not slamming your viewpoint on Albies, but he hit .248/.307/.351 in 247 AAA at bats last year. He's a whole lot less interesting when he projects to pedestrian offensive ability.
You think he'll figure it out, I do, too, but he might be Nick Ahmed, not Jose Altuve.

While his slash line was not what we're accustomed to, you have to watch him to appreciate him, I'm guilty of stat scouting but I get to watch most players from Rome to Gwinnett. I get that Demeritte is the hot item, but Albies and his bat will play. Not even worried about Albies.
I think folk here lose sight that he's 19 YEARS OLD!!!

No. The opposite. There are a wide range of possible outcomes. He's only 19 and people are projecting him to have X WAR in Atlanta this year. And cautioning against including him in a deal based on his perceived future value.
I certainly like him, though I haven't seen him as much as some of you guys have.
But can't miss prospects often do.
He went 2 for 3 today with another homer. Batting .333 with 8 rbis. This kid man.
Its not fair how good the Braves minor league system is right now. Acuna could end up being a top 50 prospect by midseason.

Today, Acuna was 2/3 with a HR (2) and 2 RBIs, and is now hitting .333.

I would be ecstatic to see Acuna continue to move up quickly. Dude is so talented.
Acuna could be our next elite prospect. I think by this time next year he will be our top position prospect. I know he had limited time at Rome due to the injury but I hope he starts at High A

I agree that's more likely, I just think he will move really fast. AA and winter ball next year. Lets us trade Inciarte and Mallex.
The most logical move IMO is to trade Inciarte at his peak value right now for the best prospect package. Use those prospects along with either Teheran or Folty for a TOR pitcher like Sale. Play Mallex the next two years and if he plays like he did last year then you could trade him for a lot or move him to LF when Kemp/Markakis are no longer around.
So many options right now for the Braves front office. Its going to be quite the ride the next few years.

We can trade Newcomb, Albies as far as I'm concerned but no way in hell im ever giving up Acuna, Maitan, Touki, or Fried
We are all going to have our group of untouchables. Best part is that its hard to argue with anyones list. These guys are all really damn good.
For me I'd substitute Allard for Touki but its real close.
