Chipper Jones picked the Dodgers to win in 4.

Jim Rome just shredded the Braves on his radio show. I like the guy, but I think he should probably shut his mouth considering he never talks about Atlanta Braves unless they're involved in a home run altercation or something like this. Guess the Braves should do more classy things like pissing in pools.

Anyway, this whole thing with Chipper. That's a classless move by the team. This team just gets so worked up when they feel they've been slighted. Maybe just once they could channel that into actually ****ing performing like a 96-win team in October. I'm done with this cry-baby ****. They need a long look in the mirror this offseason.

The guys acting like douchebags aren't the rookies. It's McCann, Johnson, etc.

The Braves were the laughingstock of baseball fans by their actions when anyone has the gal of hitting a homer....it got old.

So now we're the laughing stock of baseball because a writer on Sports Pickle made fun of us. Got it

I don't understand how a player can be upset over being removed from the roster when they literally hit .100 over the last 2 months of the season. Is Uggla delirious?

Seriously. I just don't get it. I know Uggla's vision isn't good that's why he needed Lasik but he's got to be legally blind if he can see his numbers and why he's off the roster.

Imagine that. GF not defending the Braves. Didnt see that one coming. Barely posted while Braves played well. But hes back now.

Don't mind him at all.

Pimping HR's is bush league but not surprising you the Nats fan don't like it.

I think your reading comprehension sucks. It's the Braves that don't like it. (McCann, Johnson for example)

GF what's unclassy about the Braves team in regards to the Gomez, Fernandez, Harper situations?.

How many players stare at HR's every day? Has a team ever acted the way the Braves did? No...our reaction was more embarrassing than what Gomez did.

And you don't do that to one of your all-time great players, I don't care what Chipper said....someone goes out there and catches the first pitch.

We have been a joke this year and everyone in the media has pointed it out, I don't see a lot of people defending what the Braves did in either instance.

Completely disagree with you on all accounts.

"We have been a joke this year and everyone in the media has pointed it out" - that's just false, the whole media isn't saying we're a joke at all.

If you don't like it, throw at them next time up and send a message and shut up. They threw at Harper multiple times for something minor. Then C. Johnson just acted like a fool talking **** to Jose Fernandez before Jose hit his homer. Then the whole Mccann going up the line thing.

Assuming you don't check twitter, listen to radio or watch TV?

Yup, this is the way it's always been handled and for some reason this time the Braves decided to act like morons

You are being seriously ridiculous here...it wasn't the staring at the homeruns...it was spitting towards Chris Johnson in the case of Fernandez, and glaring at Maholm while mouthing off the whole time with Gomez. That is not having fun...that is trying to show up the team or player.

Right, I'm the one being ridiculous....maybe you should watch that video again....

Just go check twitter for that night and look at 99% of the people mock the Braves for what they were doing. It's not like the reaction was 50/50, the majority of people that cover the game and play the game, were all taking shots at the Braves....but maybe being a homer is your thing.

What are your sources? Random baseball fans who have no idea of the context of what happened? on MLB Network they certainly were not saying the Braves were totally wrong. So yea, you're way off.

If Jose really did intend to spit close to Chris Johnson, it was likely bc CJ ran his mouth after getting out. Fernandez got him out earlier in the game and somehow that gave Johnson the right to talk smack.

Homers gonna home, bro.

No, baseball media guys and players.
