I dont know the facts of the case and I dont trust your representation of it. What I do know is that you only care about it because you think it keeps Trump from actually having his day in court.

Lets start with the documents case in Florida. Even if you believe he had a legal right to the documents you cant defend his obstruction and non-compliance with a subpoena. If he had a legal right to it there were legal options available to him like filing for an injunction.

I am sure Dems have ignored some Congressional subpoenas much the same as Republicans have. Which court ordered subpoenas did Democrats ignore? This isnt even a case of ignoring a subpoena this is a case of obstructing a subpoena. Trump had his lawyers file an affidavit asserting they either didnt have the documents requested or looked and couldnt find them. They also conspired to move them to prevent the FBI from finding them. If your defense is "yeah well someone else did it" thats not a good defense. OJ got awya with murder, that doesnt make murder legal.

I dont know, I just dont take what you people say at face value. Last time I gave you people a shred of benefit of the doubt was in the George Floyd discussion about his autopsy and cause of death and that turned out to be complete BS.
The autopsy said exactly what we all said - You're just a fool.

So I can just announce that I find Trump guilty of any crime I want and blame it on the biased courts that he isnt charged and convicted? You people wont even accept a Trump conviction as proof he broke the law but I have to accept that any Democrat accused of anything is automatically guilty? Get a grip dude.
