Yes - Russia is more Judeo/Christian in background than whatever the fuck Western Europe decided to do themselves.

Still who you idolize. I think I can see Vlad in the front row.

Russia is a backwards 3rd world country who worships a dictator. Not Jesus Christ.

Also bish you Jewish.

Huh?

Russia has a long history and haven’t let their lands be invaded by third world animals.

I'll ask my daily question of

1. Why did Trump let China off the hook?

2. What did america get for doing so?

Well timed protests are convenient to.avoid having to defend stupidity

So home depot will eat it then. Meaning worse for their business. Worse for their employees. Worse for their share holders. Worse for Americans
Or Home Depot will increase their prices and say it's for another reason.

Home Depot's biggest revenue driver are appliances which I think most of the ones they sell are manufactured in US or Korea or Japan so they'd avoid the China direct tariff but the manufacturers will increase their price and home depot will increase those prices but it won't be them increasing because of tariffs, their costs to buy just went up.

Home Depot has sourced most of their products from North America, but the companies that build them are probably sourcing parts from China which will mean they increase the prices and home depot just increases prices cause MSRP went up.

Someday thethe will learn how a global economy works.

I think any business who is paying attention realizes it's dumb to announce they will increase prices due to tarrifs or else the government becomes hostile towards them and the idiot cult demands boycotts

Sounds like a good way to get consumers not to walk through the door

“We are raising prices” doesn’t land no matter the reason

And again this may be manufacturers finding that new sweet spot about where the consumer will pay or not. Tariffs or no they were likely looking for a reason to do so anyway. And even if tariffs go away completely the prices are here to stay magically

Revenue and margins are not the same thing - Home Depot benefits from economies of scale where they won't be impacted by raises in the supply chain as their suppliers don't want to risk losing that business.

Sounds like a good way to lose your customers for sure undersatnding that this is a temporary blip in the radar of the companies life.

Smart companies will find a way to navigate this and become more efficient while retaining their customers.

Others will make moronic decisions and lose customers for a long period of time.

why is it temporary?

and how long should a business eat losses for a promise that continues to evolve?

You clearly have no clue how purchasing works. If the factory says it's 500 bucks to purchase it and you opt not to purchase it it's fine. They're not going to sell something to you at a loss because of an Orange Baby who's diaper is overdue to be changed.

Oh sure - And then if another of their buyers say no then there price point will change.

Just like with Target/Walmart raising their prices.

Its called price elasticity.
