Almost as if America is a better country than all of the others.
SHOCKING
Almost as if America is a better country than all of the others.
SHOCKING
Indeed. America IS a great country and our economic performance during the past four years has been exceptional compared to any other country.
Some countries have yet to return to their pre-covid levels or employment. Others took much longer to get there than we did. And NONE have zipped past it to the extent we have. NONE. NADA. ZIP. ZILCH.
no really relevant to my point which is about the speed of job growth from the precovid peakNo other major country had an unemployment rate as high as we did during COVID. NONE. NADA. ZIP. ZILCH. It's almost like..... we had way more jobs to fill than any other country once the pandemic started to end. I mean that's just ****ing crazy right?

You think the amount of jobs needing filled have nothing to do with the speed of job growth....
Are you being intentionally obtuse?
Not intentionally. My point is we blew past precovid employment levels faster than anyone else. The fact that we emerged from a deeper hole makes this even more impressive.
It seems to me the native born part of the economy is in a recession while the immigrant sector is booming.
I was having coffee the other day with some fellow immigrant co-workers. We all feel sad that native-born Americans are not able to keep up.I’m sure it would lol
You sold me.I was having coffee the other day with some fellow immigrant co-workers. We all feel sad that native-born Americans are not able to keep up.
Since June 2022 we've added over 6 million jobs. Nonfarm payrolls June 2022 152.3 million. October 2024 159.0 million. That's a rapid pace.
