Federal deficit is shrinking - Is that a good thing too? Lots of buyouts included for those layoffs in the current deficit as well. One times that won't continue.

This is why immediate expensing of PP&E purchases as well as encouraging foreign investment is key. Its implied here that rate cuts have been very late (OMB!) but still time to also add incentive for companies to expand.

The growth measures are great and now comes the labor demand.
