Cameron was predicted to lose and he's a McConnell disciple. The republicans hyped the only poll which showed he had a chance. In fact polls just a month ago showed Cameron with a double digit loss.

Aren't you tired of constantly blaming Trump for things he has nothing to do with? This is Youngkin's show. You know damn well that if the republicans had swept in Virginia you'd be giving all the credit to Youngkin and you would be saying him distancing from Trump caused it to happen. I don't agree with thethe in regards to Trump but thethe is right about abortion. This zero tolerance toward abortion after the Dobbs decision is a losing proposition for us. You might not like it but it's a fact.

Perhaps zero-tolerance was a poor choice of words on my part. The fact is that people want abortion up to at least the first trimester. Ohio, which is pretty red now, just voted for abortion up to fetus viability.
We need to compromise on abortion. Give everyone the first trimester. Sign that into a national law and be done it.
We need to kick tbe can down the road as long as possible until we evolve as a people and learn how bad the practice is. But this is the RDS camp poisoning the well because the goal was to hit trump from the right and damage the party in the short term.
