they seem to have illegally stopped him this time for selling cigs but that is neither here nor there honestly
they did stop him
they never said he was arrested for it (as even the police have said)
and to resist arrest you have to actually commit a crime and being put under arrest for that before you can resist

The cops explained to him they saw him selling and that he was under arrest. He said "not today" and "get your hands off me"
You also realize Ortiz or whatever his name is cut out a large part of the video, right?

have yet to see anything that proves that to be true that they saw that since there is zero actual evidence of it happening. a cop saying they saw it and then not having evidence isn't good enough for me and it shouldn't be for anyone else
