Eric Garner doesn't get justice

You're the one posting the spin. I'm trying to figure out why does it matter if there was a black cop nearby incharge or not. Doesn't change the racism of the criminal justice system.

Not racially motivated, just a dick ass cop who want to be the wop. He used no common sense like the one in Ferguson. But each jurisdiction have their own rules. The Ferguson thing would not happen here in Eau Claire, or Sheboygan, or Stevens Point (wife cuz is a cop and he would have waited even though he is K9 with a vicious dog) cops are instructed to stay in car if there is more than one suspect. Follow until you can't but at that time backup should have arrived.

Cops nowadays do not have any common sense, with a gun, they feel protected. But since we can carry in Wisconsin, they do not engage unless they have backup, I don't think Missouri have that.

Garner has been arrested 9 nines for selling loose cigarettes. What's a great use of police resources. State loves their tax revenues.

Nope. Posting a story that derails the narrative that this is based on racism isn't racism. Lie and spin is all that you can do. Thanks for making my point.

Posting an irrelevant story to make yourself feel better doesn't make it true. The idea of racism isn't limited to black and white. The criminal justice system is racist towards black people, who GAF if a black person was nearby or not. If this was a big white dude would the reaction have been the same? Almost certainly not.

How am I making myself feel better? It sure is relevant if it's true. If it was a big white dude it probably would have happened just the same way. Please keep spinning. As I said in an earlier post you're extremely entertaining. You're providing my friends and I a lot of laughs. Please keep going.

Two people, same judge.

White guy, four arrest for marijuana, not jail time, every time, fines. Judge says to use better judgment.

Black guy, first arrest, 11 months in jail. Judge told him it is for his own benefit.

Happens in Paducah, KY.

The different system they use is so unpredictable. If you are a black dad and you get a certain judge, your life is over.

Now the judge here in Eau Claire, I go to church with and he treats blacks fairly, they even adopted a black son who's dad is in prison and gave up rights and he defended him when he was an attorney. Really good peeps, come over for barbecues and what not and he is ashamed of how we are treated in the court system so he tries as he can, DEPENDING ON OUR HISTORY, to be as lenient as he can. He mentioned after sentencing giving them a "pep" talk about life and responsibility.

But he absolutely hammers white Meth, DWI, OWI's to the point they call him a drunk driver NAZI.

Good for him.

How can it be true? You don't know the hate those officers may have had in their hearts, at the time, before, or after. It's an assumption that because there was a black cop there, that this isn't a racial issue, and that's a moronic assumption. Kudos for buying into moronic assumptions so you can sleep better at night knowing in your heart that White is Right.

He would have been tazed.

Black people who are angered goes into HULK mode as white cops call it. My wife cuz says that. If he has to confront an angry black dude, and he is not a small person himself and trained in several karate disciplines, he still ask for backup. His lone run in with a meth up black is something he would not want to confront again. He tazed him to the point that the other cop was able to help him subdue him. He said if a black guy north of 250 and at least 6'2" or taller is something he does not want to mess with. He would shoot if they had a knife or gun, but each black person he confronted never had either but he never feared for his life. He might get his ask kicked but having backup is much safer.

He has common sense. He say dealing with whites is kind of easy as they are too whacked out to do anything and if they do, they are clumsy. The ones who hadn't do anything he is afraid of.

Oh he did mentioned, methheads never have weapons on them when they are high. THe ones protecting the labs is what they worry about (and pitbulls) and we have a lot of them in Wisconsin. His dog can sense the other dogs, he stayed put and brought in the squad.

Ah yes. The old, tired canard that I must be a racist because I have the gall to question a liberal. Of course I don't know what was in the heart of the cops. If you look at the original post I said "may not have been racially motivated". Do you know what the word "may" means? However, regardless of what you believe, the most logical assumption is that this was not racially motivated. It was overzealous and as you would put it, thuggish cops that got out of hand. As I said earlier(if you bother to look) the officer should have been indicted.
