Eric Garner doesn't get justice

It wasn't race.

I NEVER SAID IT WAS ABOUT RACE. It is you saying we, as blacks, are animals or thugs, you reference that many times. Do you not get what you are posting? Everyone sees it. You "LABELED" my whole race when you say something like that.

I actually touched on COMMON SENSE. In both situations it wasn't used. This is not a racial issue to me. My racial input is about the justice system and how it is skewed.

He was never under arrest, they wanted to "talk" to him and when he didn't cooperated and told them to leave him alone, they assualted him.

I do believe you on the cop, I really do, but your past posting because of Brown,. which I do agree with you on, the choice or words is actually bad.

I never said "blacks" were animals or thugs. I SPECIFICALLY said that about Brown and I still believe that. You will never find me EVER saying anything but that. I don't appreciate you or anyone putting words in my mouth. My record is here on this forum for anyone to go back and analyze.

He wouldn't have gotten the arrests in the first place, and that's the rub.

You make a claim like that without any proof of it whatsoever.

The cops weren't just patrolling and saw someone selling loose cigarettes. There were calls by the local businesses to get cops there to handle the situation. Now selling loose cigarettes shouldn't be a crime in the first place but there is just no way you can just sit here and state as a fact that a white person wouldn't have been arrested for doing the same thing.

I know a **** ton of white people who do that and never get busted. OK **** ton may be an exaggeration. But I know about 25 white people who live in brooklyn or manhattan who sell loosies, none of them were arrested only one told me a story about being bothered by the cops.

This thread has turned into a bunch of people calling each other racists like children.

Distracting from the real issue - our cops are getting out of control.

The percentage of cops that are "out of control" is a small number in relation to the total police force in America. These people need to be removed from that system. All your remarks imply that all cops are like this.

Was it the same cop? Was it the same precinct? Did your friend mouth off to the cops? Did it happen on the same street?

So it wasn't the same thing.

For a guy calling everyone that he disagrees with a 'racist' I hope that you're aware that youre 'stereotyping' all cops as the same.

You can have the DNA of a human and still not act like one. Brown chose his fate. Shame for his family and friends that he is gone but its his fault he is no longer alive.

That's what I was complaining about earlier. Why is stereotyping okay to do to certain groups but taboo to do to other groups? These people don't make sense to me.

No I'm talking about a systematic problem. As I've said I don't know at least a dozen times, the criminal justice system is racist.

Shame for the US that a person can get killed by a cop when they're not armed and nothing happens to the cop. Whether it's by shooting, or choking, or whatever it may be.
