Ferguson....

So it appears people jumped the gun and started looting and rioting for no reason? Unfortunately, this doesn't surprise me.

There is one eyewitness account plus the cops account that says the same thing as the autopsy revealed. So you have a kid that just finished robbing a store heading home, probably thought he was about to go to jail. Wrestles with the cop and then for some reason decides to charge the cop even while getting shot (eyewitness believed Brown was "on something")

I'm sure certain people will try to spin that and say that the officer could somehow have prevented a > 6 foot 300 pound dude from charging him bc he was "trained."

The truth is out there and we don't know it, yet. I do not have a judgment yet. If he charged the cop, the cop had every right to fire, but if his hands up, the cop should be charged or dismissed from being a policeman.

That is my judgment, fair to each scenario, each individual.

You and others, like GF and KRG already determined it was okay to execute him for stealing 50 dollars worth of cigars.

No, its ok to shoot if he put the cops life in danger. I am not ok if he was shot in the back while running away (which isn't the case).

What we do know is Brown would be alive if he cooperated with the police officer.

You guys are so quick to want to blame cops for everything and continue the woah is me crap. I'm sure you'll stay quiet if it is indeed a justified shooting (which it certainly sounds like). That is until the next incident you want to rush to judgment about.

I never said that at all. I just said I am not in a position to say whether or not the officer felt his life was threatened. We still need more information to come out.

This is the number 1 thing that nobody wants to address. Just shut your mouth (goes for everyone white or black) and listen to what the officer tells you to do and everything will go smoothly.

So can we now say with conclusive support that he wasn't shot while running away 30 feet down the street?

What does that say about all the testimony that was given earlier in the investigation?

Could have been a miss and not a hit and they thought he was hit. hard to really tell.

Zito, the shot in the eye I would think was the fatal blow. You're telling me he shot him there when they were face to face and then Brown ran away and was shot at more?

We dont know what happened. I'll throw a scenario that could mesh with all reports.

He ran was shot at and hit the ground and turned around and got up to basically submit to the cop turned and ran with his hands up and the cop hit him thinking he was attacked. Bit of a stretch but we all know eye witnesses are not that credible in recalling tense situations.

I agree that the eye witness testimony is unreliable. That is why I had a wait and see approach as more evidence comes out. The autopsy report so far is the most conclusive piece that has been released thus far.

This and plausible.

We do not know. When all evidence comes in and all parties come to an agreement, then judgment will be laid.

1. He could have just turned around after being whizzed, which is a no no from cop perspective as they could innocent bystanders.
2. He was charging with head down, when a bullet hit him on the top of the head. Now this can happen, but why would anyone rush with their head down with a man who already shot at you?
3. cop was pissed getting hit in the face and andrenaline took over and he was overzealous (murder conviction, no, but getting his badge taking away, yes, heat of the moment)

This is my judgment.

But the robbery accomplish version was good enough to cause people to blame the cops and start looting the street. Now, all of a sudden eye witness accounts shouldn't be believed?

People looting are dumb. People protesting the events of this case absolutely have a reason. For starters the kid was left dead on the street for hours.

That's possible Im sure. Doesn't add up to the cop or the eye witness account, but certainly could see that happening. In that case, I would be for the cop losing his badge but not charged. It's time for people to place some blame on Mr. Brown as well.

You want an investigation into the death or not?

That wasn't what happened by nearly all accounts. The chief of police who was championing for the officer the whole time, said the time the kid was left on the street was unsettling or something like that. Anyway when have you ever heard of a shooting where an ambulance was not called?
