Ferguson....

That wasn't what happened by nearly all accounts. The chief of police who was championing for the officer the whole time, said the time the kid was left on the street was unsettling or something like that. Anyway when have you ever heard of a shooting where an ambulance was not called?

Yes. When they are dead on arrival. (from what my friend, a medic, says)

That's determined by medical professionals according to multiple witnesses no ambulances were called. Unless cops are also medical professionals which I guess they can be since they're infallible lol.

You're saying you have to be an expert to determine if someone has a pulse?

First of all...rescue personnel dont enter the scene until the threat is contained and the scene is secure.

Not sure how it went in this situation...but im sure it was pretty obvious Mr. Brown was dead when the officer went to secure him. At that point its about preservation of evidence..youre not gonna get an ambulance on scene that would destroy potential evidence. More than likely you had one medical professional take a look to confirm and thats that.

That's possible Im sure. Doesn't add up to the cop or the eye witness account, but certainly could see that happening. In that case, I would be for the cop losing his badge but not charged. It's time for people to place some blame on Mr. Brown as well.

like I said, I am being fair to all parties and I see this as a result.

Only thing I want to know is what really happened. If the cop did what he did above and never had problems with blacks in the past, he freaked out, plain and simple. Adrenaline can mess with you senses as well, but in saying that, he should never be a cop again if this is the case and I wouldn't charge him. I know it might make some people upset but in that line of business and you have 300 lb man running at you, I would empty a clip in them if I thought they could kill me (personally, I could probably handle him if he had no weapon, but that is me, I know Zito probably could as well since he is of equivalent size)

This is just wrong. This case is about EVERYTHING that happened on that day to determine whether or not the officer felt he was protecting himself. The group that is of the belief that this young man was executed doesn't want anyone to think about the cigar store robbery. It doesn't jive with their story.

so, you are now going to state my opinion for me as well?

Except Zito is a large pussy.

This is the number 1 thing that nobody wants to address. Just shut your mouth (goes for everyone white or black) and listen to what the officer tells you to do and everything will go smoothly.

funniest thing i have seen today

what a cool fantasy world

Thanks for posting Hawk.

I also wanted to thank AA for his insight on what it means to be an African-American in our society today. I don't know if he's the only African-American who posts regularly, but for any of us who aren't African-American to try to describe what it is like to be black in America in the 21st century is a totally ridiculous enterprise.

Awesome picture
