Zito what statistics can you show that support your views about the criminal justice system are skewed against black people?

I'm a statisical guy. I want the cold hard facts

Someone committed a crime. A police officer eventually questioned him about it. The perpetrator attacked the officer and got shot. The perp ran away with the cop pursuing (as he should). The perp turned back around and was orderred to freeze but decided to charge the cop. The cop then had to make a decision based on facts known to him at the time whether his life was in danger. He determined his life was in danger and decided to protect himself. There is no issue of race in what happened.

If Brown surrendered or never committed the original crime in the first place he would be alive today.

LMAO Brown was walking in the middle of a street. Yeah that's worth a cops time hahahahahaha
 
We also would consistently get bothered when we would hang out in parking lots or schools or parks.

Cops are there to keep order. We never decided to charge a cop though after they questioned us.

Thethe, when the cop questioned you when you were walking in the middle of the street did you give him an attitude or treat him with respect?

And cops don't have better **** to do than harass kids in the middle of a dead street. It's ok to leave his body there for 4 hours but don't let him walk down it!

It should only take 30 seconds out of a cops day to do that .

"Hey kid, get out of the street you aren't supposed to be walking there."

The response: "Sure thing officer"

End of story. Man what a waste of 30 seconds for the cop.

Nah, we all bumrushed the cops. Thats the right thing to do.
 
what Zito doesn't get is that Brown would still be alive if he didn't walk down the middle of the road.

Officer Wilson responded to the theft/robbery. On his way there he noticed Brown walking down the middle of the road. Wilson said something to Brown than saw the cigars and put two and two together.

So if Brown would had obeyed the laws about not walking down the middle of the street, Wilson would had never saw him

Accept according ot eye witnesses (including ones so highly respect by gilesfan) he was carrying nothnig. Wilson's superior even said the same thing. I could be wrong but I don't even thing WIlson's GJ testimony said he saw the cigars. Just that he put 2 and 2 together or some bull**** like that.

Maybe if he put 2 and 2 together he would have backed off a bit called for immediate backup then got out of his car where he wouldn't be cornered.
