I am staying with State on the MAGA movement with Tromp. He is back to make atl great again!!!!!

It would be great if Tromp could show enough to stick as a third catcher - then we could use TDA as full time DH and let him catch a few days a week while Murph DHs .. and use Tromp sparingly to give those two a break here and there.

Anderson was 92-93 in the first inning, then 90-91 in the second inning. He averaged 93.9 last year.

The weird thing is baseball savant only registered him throwing a fastball, changeup and curveball today. So the new slider must just be something he's working on in the bullpen right now.

Appreciate what he did for us. But he sucks now. It’s not that he’s struggling. It’s regression. He’s losing velocity and as a guy who can’t spin a baseball there’s not much hope for him.
