GDT 10/19/21: Braves @ Dodgers - NLCS Game 3

Snit probably should have left Matzek in one more inning. A bullpen game tomorrow you can essentially punt the game to help guarantee a 3-0 lead.

Three hours later tomorrow and a favorable matchup. Not saying it’s a done deal but it’s a huge piece of adversity. I personally have no reason to doubt that the Braves will get off the deck like they have with every punch they’ve taken this year.
 
Still sucks that if Swanson is playing normal double play depth and positioning on that Pollack grounder, we are up 3-0 right now. I’m sure we had our reasoning with the charts, but that’s a double play 99.99% of the time. Baseball...
 
****ty end. We stole game 2 and they stole game 3. It happens. Just need to be ready to play tonight. 3 1-run games in a row is wild.
 
When you are the inferior team you have to win a game like last night.

I get we came back in the others but you just have to win when you're up 3 going into the 8th.

We got pretty lucky the first 2 games so the baseball gods decided to help the Dodgers in the last game. Gotta rebound.
 
Who we starting today? I think I'd start minter for 1st only unless Belinger is up to start 2nd, ynoa 1 time thru, and then smyly 1 time thru. If we get a lead, change things up accordingly. I'd try to get thru today without matzek and Luke

Really had chances last game to blow it open and couldn't get them across. Can't do that much more!

Thats exactly why I don’t like the bullpen game you need to trust the non reliable players. If we carry the lead going to the 8th with 4-5 outs they need to give the ball to Will Smith(If they really trust him).This is the playoffs not the regular season.
 
Yesterday, we were the WS favorite. This morning, we're #3 in Vegas odds. Interestingly, tonight's game opened with the braves as the favorite, but the public has changed it. Pretty weird we were favored to open tonight
